AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For any request regarding a defective product or warranty, contact our After-Sales Service at contact@penup3d.com. The return and handling terms are detailed in Article 11 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Seller undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any request within forty-eight (48) business hours, and to provide a detailed response within a maximum of thirty (30) business days.
Important: if you have not received a reply within 48 business hours, please check your junk mail (spam), then contact us again through an alternative channel (phone, Instagram, Facebook).
