The PEN'UP 3D brand is a protected trademark. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the express, prior and written authorization of the Seller is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. and L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

9. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that in the event of a dispute arising from the performance of a contract concluded with PEN'UP 3D, they may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator after having sent a written complaint and not having received a satisfactory response within one (1) month.

10. REPORTING UNLAWFUL CONTENT

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these notices, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
