SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

This policy sets out the delivery terms for products sold by PEN'UP 3D on the website www.penup3d.com. It supplements, without replacing, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (in particular Article 7 thereof), which prevail in the event of any conflict of interpretation. The return and refund terms are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 1 — PREPARATION AND DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order confirmation.

This timeframe is indicative. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, and unless otherwise indicated to the Customer before the order (for example in the case of a pre-order), the Seller undertakes to deliver the product no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract.

ARTICLE 2 — PRE-ORDERS

The Seller may, on an exceptional basis, offer certain products for pre-order before they become available. In such cases, the pre-order status and the estimated dispatch date are clearly indicated on the product page and confirmed before order validation. Shipments are made in chronological order of validated orders. Full details are set out in Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 3 — DELIVERY TIMES

After dispatch, the indicative delivery times provided by our partner carriers are as follows:

  • Metropolitan France and Corsica: 48 to 72 business hours;
  • European Union: 4 to 7 business days;
  • International (outside the EU): 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

These timeframes are provided for indicative purposes only. In the event of a delay, the Customer retains all rights granted by Article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY ZONES

PEN'UP 3D delivers:

  • in metropolitan France and Corsica;
  • in the European Union;
  • internationally, to many countries (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States).

Any customs duties or local taxes applicable to deliveries outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the Customer, who is invited to check the rules applicable in their country before placing an order.

ARTICLE 5 — SHIPPING COSTS

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation, based on weight, destination, and the chosen carrier.

For metropolitan France, delivery is free from €50 including VAT of purchase.

ARTICLE 6 — CARRIERS AND TRACKING

PEN'UP 3D uses recognized carriers (including Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, GLS, Mondial Relay, Relais Colis). A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as their parcel is dispatched.

ARTICLE 7 — TRANSFER OF RISK AND LIABILITY

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller remains responsible for the proper delivery of the parcel until it is effectively handed over to the Customer (or a third party designated by them). The transfer of risk occurs upon this physical handover.

In the event of loss, damage, or unjustified delay, the Customer is invited to contact contact@penup3d.com so that a solution can be provided (re-shipment, replacement, or refund).

ARTICLE 8 — PARCEL RECEIPT

Upon receipt, the Customer is invited, in their own interest, to check the condition of the parcel and to report any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product, preparation error) to contact@penup3d.com, if possible accompanied by photographs.

This process facilitates the swift handling of the claim, without prejudice to the rights the Customer holds under statutory warranties, which are not subject to any reporting deadline of this nature.

ARTICLE 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

The terms for returns (right of withdrawal, defective products), exchanges, and refunds, including coverage of return shipping costs and the return address, are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
