Your purchase points are added after your order's validation period, which is 15 days. Review, sharing, and referral points are credited upon validation.
How long do my points last?+
Your points don't expire as long as your account remains active: they only expire after 24 months of no activity at all. Once redeemed, the reward code is valid for 90 days.
How do I use a reward?+
From your loyalty space, redeem your points for the reward of your choice: you'll receive a code to apply at checkout.
How do I earn points with a photo or video?+
Take a photo or video of a creation made with the Pen'Up pen, then share it from your loyalty space: +40 points for a photo, +100 points for a video. Each piece of content is validated by our team before points are credited. We love resharing the most beautiful creations!
