9. CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers are informed that in the event of a dispute arising from the performance of a contract concluded with PEN'UP 3D, they may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator after having sent a written complaint and not having received a satisfactory response within one (1) month.
