With this pack, the Pen'Up 3D pen comes with a lifetime warranty, with no time limit. Malfunction or accidental breakage, a drop, a broken tip: we replace it with a new pen, and the replacement pen is covered in turn.
A video and your certificate number are all you need; the return label is free. Only theft and loss are not covered.

Does it burn?
No. The Pen'Up tip heats up to only 35°C: designed for safe independent use by children. Finger protectors are also included in the boxes.
What happens if my pen has a problem?
Yes, we are a French team!

We help you quickly identify the source of the problem and, when necessary, replace the pen. With our free lifetime warranty, your purchase remains protected over time.

Why does the Complete Pack cost €99.99?
At this price, you are not just buying a 3D pen, but a complete set ready to create right out of the box: the Pen’Up pen, 18 filament spools totaling 180 meters, more than 50 guided models, two creative booklets, two Pad’Up stencils, finger protectors, and a USB-C cable.
The pen is specially designed for children aged 6 and up, operates at a low temperature, and comes with a free lifetime warranty. Everything is included to get started right away, with no additional purchase.
How long does the battery last?
The pen offers up to 1 hour of battery life. And for long sessions, use it plugged into its cable: creating never stops, keep going while it charges!
What age is it for?
From age 6, independently. And with a parent nearby, there is no age limit!
Can I buy more filament?
Yes! Filament refills are available directly in our shop in packs of 3, 4, or 12, by color or theme.
