Covered: malfunctions (the pen no longer heats up, no longer feeds the filament, or no longer turns on) and accidental breakage (drops, impacts, broken nozzle), with no time limit, as long as you are the original purchaser. The replacement pen is covered too.
Not covered: theft and loss, consumables (filament spools, stencils, booklets, cable), or a pen that has been resold or given away.
The two requirements for a replacement: a video showing the broken or malfunctioning pen, and return of the broken pen with the label we send you. Return shipping is at our expense; you do not have to pay anything upfront. Write to contact@penup3d.com with the video and your certificate number: the new pen will be sent from Montauban.

How do I receive my certificate?
By email, right after your order, as a PDF in your name. The link remains valid forever, and you can request it again at any time at contact@penup3d.com.
My child dropped the pen; is it covered?
Yes. Accidental breakage is part of the lifetime warranty: a video of the broken pen, its return at our expense with the provided label, and we will send you a brand-new pen.
I already have a Pen'Up pen; can I get it afterwards?
Yes, as long as you are the original purchaser: add it to your cart for €19.99. The certificate is issued in the name of your order, and your pen is covered.
What about the 2-year legal warranty?
It still applies, in addition. The lifetime warranty goes further: it also covers accidental breakage, and it never expires.
Commercial warranty offered by SAS PEN'UP 3D, 20 place Prax Paris, 82000 Montauban. Personal and non-transferable; theft and loss are excluded. It is in addition to the legal guarantees of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), which apply in all circumstances. Full terms: Terms and Conditions, Article 10.
